I have used IWS since 2005. I have purchased multiple extended warranties from them. We recently turned in my son’s car to a local shop. They told me they honor extended warranties, but they have a lot of trouble getting timely approvals, payments etc, so I told them to “give this company a try, you might be surprised”. So, when I picked up the car the owner came out and said, “who is this company because we reached them quickly and had an approval in 15 minutes, it usually takes hours from other companies.” Can’t recommend them enough, more businesses need to run this way.

I have been using IWS for almost a decade, and besides being more economical than the one offered by the OEM/dealer – the warranty is still one of the best in the industry. The sales staff is courteous and not too overbearing. With new cars having a huge dependency on sensors, chips, software, etc. the warranty is a no brainer as it eventually pays for itself

I renewed my auto warranty. This policy is great for repairing parts that have failed and paying for a rental vehicle if repairs take too long. I drive a German vehicle, no one should drive a German vehicle without a warranty.

We had an issue with our AC in our Nissan Altima. We took the vehicle to a local certified repair shop, gave the shop the warranty contact information, left the car and a few days later the AC was repaired and covered under warranty without any out of pocket expense. Highly recommend their coverage. We have had vehicle warranties with other cars from this company and they are always professional and deliver coverage.

They do what they say they will do. I have purchased their warranties on 3 vehicles from **** to 2019. The repair shops I use have remarked on how easy they were to deal with…. unlike another highly advertised company that I made the mistake of using once but never again. IWS was recommended by my ************ and I would recommend them to everyone.

The entire transaction was handled extremely smooth. I contacted IWS, explained what had happened with my car. The agent advised me to take my car to any reputable service station and have them check it out. They would pay for what was under warranty, plus $100 for towing. Once repairs were completed, they paid their portion, I was left with my deductible, plus towing(gas prices caused the additional fee for towing!).I wish *******************(Infinity of South *******) could have been as simple to work with as IWS.

Really like working with *********************** @ IWS. He always makes it easy for us to get things accomplished. I just bought our 4th warranty with IWS!
